General Statements

• ASAPload provides file uploading services which enables user to upload files to multiple file hosting sites simultaneously.
• ASAPload keeps your files and passwords private and don't disclose them to the third parties. But we serve a right to disclose the illegitimate files which break these Terms and current legislation to the law-enforcement authorities.
• The administration of ASAPload is not responsible for safety and confidentiality of files uploaded to the file hosting services.
• The administration of ASAPload is not responsible for possible circumstances that could happen if the uploaded content breaks the rules of the file hosting service you choose.
• ASAPload is absolutely free to all users, independently of their location, age or the number of files uploaded.

Upload Rules

• You can use ASAPload to upload any content which doesn't break current legislation of the most countries.
• You can upload a file to the maximum of 5 file hosting services simultaneously.
• You can upload files of any size with no limitations on the number of uploads and the term of storage, except the limitations hold by the file hosting services.
• You can not use ASAPload to upload the following data:
  • Files which violate the third party copyrights;
  • Files with racist or violence-glorifying content;
  • Child pornography;
  • Other content that breaks International rules and laws.
• ASAPload has zero tolerance to users who upload child porno. The IP address and other personal information of users who break this rule can be referred to the law-enforcement authorities.
• If the illegitimate content is detected, ASAPload reserves the right to delete the illegal files immediately.
